So starting with two weeks ago, we had a great time at education week and visiting with relatives in Wildwood, the Widdisons and Fillmores at BYU, and Grandma. We came home to a wonderful new baby and getting started in school. Dad and I took the Garner children to Pine to play with the Jones children the Saturday before Labor Day and then I got to be sick for two day before we had another wonderful new baby. I spent Tuesday at Benjamin's with the Jacob and Clara canning pears. Wednesday we had fun with the boys and later that evening I began my ordeal and then Thursday the test and recovery. Friday, I was back at Benjamin's for 5 hours with Tyler and Jacob canning more pears. Poor Benjamin and April thought they would be home by 12:00 and instead didn't get out of the hospital until 3:00--you all know how that goes. Jim and Stephanie's family came over for a swim and pizza party with the Garners and Jones boys that evening. So now for the good part--the pictures.

Tomorrow I will try to can my pears and get my house cleaned for a lunch for visiting teaching supervisors at my house on Sunday--busy, busy weeks!

Joanne, that was a fabulous post. You are a wonderful grandma. Doing so much fo everyone, truly an example to all. And the new grandchildren are gorgeous, and how about those "hot moms" that just delivered. I am proud of Paul and his award. Of course we would never hear about it from him. Love to read your post.
I'm surprised Paul even let you snap a picture. We already know he's pretty amazing but now we are all validated! Your blog makes me tired Joanne go take a nap!
