Time to say good-bye . . . .

Time to say good-bye . . . Benjamin and April surprised us just before we were due to return home. It was a great visit.  They brought their new baby, Carter, and he came right into our waiting arms.  We took them to Lake Atitlan and Antiqua.  It was fun to show them our favorite places.

When the Calls arrived to replace us; we packed up and moved downstairs into a small studio apartment so they could move in right away and get situated. We stayed a few weeks to orient them. We were able to enjoy a few final fun outings and dinners with our good friends, the Masks and the Composts. I had a final activity with my young women and we were able to participate in one more baptism .  We will miss all our amazing friends in Guatemala but we are leaving things in good hands with the Calls. We have had a wonderful experience serving the people of Guatemala. As usual we received more than we gave.  We did our part so others could do theirs which is true in all the wards and stakes and missions all over the world.
